THE DETAILS

FAQ

>Is the workshop suitable if my teen already has a job?

Absolutely—many attend to upskill, gain confidence, or prepare to move into a new role that better suits them.

>What's your refund policy?

If you can't make it, we'll issue a full-value credit note to use at any future workshop.

>Do you provide food?

No, you're welcome to bring your own lunch or Westfield is right next door if they'd like to grab something. A lunch break will be provided.

>Will my kids be supervised the whole time?

No, WorkWork is built around upskilling kids to be independent and part of the work-force so they will be responsible for themselves for certain activities (and lunch). All facilitators have working with children checks. Kids will be free to leave at the conclusion of the workshop.

>Can parents watch?

This is about helping your teen take their first steps into the adult world with independence and confidence—so this part's just for them.

>Is the TFN application official?

Teens complete the ATO online TFN form with guidance; credentials go straight to their inbox.

>What should they wear?

Smart-casual clothes they'd feel comfortable wearing to a job interview.

>Is there homework?

Graduates leave with an “Apply-in-48-hours” plan to keep momentum.

>Do you offer school-based programs?

Yes—email us for in-school or holiday-camp partnerships.
